"MY SPARKLERS"

Yes, it has been a couple of months since you've seen a blog from me and I apologize for that only because some of you are only able to keep up with me by this blog. I've been a huge fan of Facebook lately and would just put pic's on there instead of updating my blog because of how much easier it is. I'm sorry for not keeping up on my blog for you to enjoy. Anyway, today is the 24th of July which is a huge holiday here in Utah. Many people are celebrating and I'm just loving my little sparklers. My girls and my little boy are the joy of my life and although we have our struggles once in awhile with having 3 under 3, I can always just look at one of my sparklers, Emilee, Isabella and Josh then my troubles seem to disappear. They light up my life with their litle sparks which is their smiles, words that bring laughter, words of encouragement like "it's going to be ok mommy" and most of all just to hear them say "I love you mommy and daddy so much" from Emilee and wuv you from Issy with a blown kiss.
On the 4th this year we took our kids to our city fair here in Sandy. This is starting to be a tradition for our family now. It was a lot funner this year because Isabella was able to take part in some activities, but best of all, just being able to walk and not be held was good for all of us. We were here at the celebration for a few hours and then it was time to come home for a small nap. During their nap time I decided to pack up our pic-nic basket and load up the van to go see our city fireworks. There is a high school just up the street from us that hundreds and hundreds of people come out to and park their tents, chairs and even rv's for this show. We got there around 7pm which was the perfect time because within an hour after we got there it was jam packed with people. Emilee loved the fact of us having a picnic, but she was terrified of the fireworks so she would hide in the van from time to time. She was afraid of the ones close by, but luckily it was against the rules this year to not set off any fireworks because of how close everyone was to each other and a safety hazzard. That made me so happy! When it got dark I came up with the idea to give both Emilee and Isabella the headphones that they use in the van to watch the dvd player. It totally worked for them and they loved watching the show. The show is put on with music that you can tune into on a local radio station and of course it made me cry. It brought tears to my eyes to see my lovely husband and his girls sitting there watching this show. At that moment I closed my eyes and said Thank You Jesus ! We hope you all had great memories for the 4th to always remember and cherish.
